My Essentials and Community Posts

But what about me? What do I consider essentials for a 10km run? I’ve got five must-haves I never hit the track without—and I’m breaking them down right here, with all the reasons why.

  1. Glassons Runner Jacket
Cheap, cute, and does the job. It’s way more affordable than the super fancy ones, keeps me warm on winter runs, without making me overheat. Love.
  2. Random Reusable Bottle
Bought it randomly back in 2016 and never looked back. Holds 1L, saves me sooo much money, and water is a must on a 10km. (Please hydrate!!)
  3. JBL Live 770NC Headphones
Sweat-proof and blocks the wind so I don’t get those awful cold earaches. Also: great sound. I use Apple Music for my running playlists… what do you use? 👀
  4. Grey Headband
Simple but essential—it keeps sweat (and my hair) from flying in my face. Honestly don’t know how people run without one.
  5. Nike ZoomX Fly Shoes
My most expensive item and worth every cent. Bouncy, protective, and perfect for tough terrain. They’ve totally saved my knees, hips, and ankles.
